How long it will take Design22 to deliver my design package?

Dependent upon your requirements, we aim to deliver your completed design package within 2-4 weeks. We strive to provide the best solution as quickly as possible, so please do drop us an email to know the exact lead time for your design.

For Online Design, even after reading the steps on how to measure my premises, I still can't do it. Is it possible for someone to come to my premises and measure it for me?

Yes, if your premises are in London or Dubai, we can perform this service. However, this is subject to an additional $50 for the first hour and $20 for each hour thereafter.

Correspondence for Online Design is via email. Can I call Design22 to discuss my project?

Yes, please feel free to call us with any queries! Our office hours are 9:00am-6:00pm from Monday to Friday (UK Time Zone)

Do I need to pay in full before Design22 will start to create the design?

For face-to-face correspondence, it's 50% downpayment upon signing of agreement, and 50% balance to be paid upon submission of all the requirements. For Online Design, it's 50% down payment upon receiving our Paypal Invoice and 50% balance upon sending the PDF low-res file of all the requirements. Once full payment is received, we will send the high-resoultion files for your own printing. Additional printing and shipping charges apply if we print it for you.

Can I cancel my order once I have paid? Does Design22 have a refund policy?

We're sure you won't need it but Design22 offers a full refund policy for Online Design packages. Refunds can be requested up to a maximum 48 hours from initial payment.

Can I request changes after receiving and reviewing my final design package?

Design22 will coordinate with you during the design phase to achieve what you want before we send the final design package. Still, to ensure your total satisfaction, Design22 may undertake to provide minor refinements to your final design package, once, after receipt. Major and/or multiple revisions may be subject to additional charges.

For Online Design, after I have made my advance payment and submitted room measurements, can I still change the room to be designed?

Yes, we like to be as flexible with our clients as possible. We can accept requirement changes up to 48 hours from receipt of measurements. Changes may be subject to additional charge dependent upon new requirements.

For Online Design, I have several rooms at an entire premises to design, are room rates negotiable?

At Design22, we welcome larger scale projects. We can offer further discounts for multiple rooms located in the same premises.
